Return and refund policy

  • We are able to provide a 100% refund if purchase has been made 21 days prior to the event.  In other cases we are unable to provide a  full refund, unless MedScore is at fault. 

 

  • We are able to provide a 50% refund 14 days prior to the event taking place. Within the 14 days prior to the event, we are unable to provide any refund.

 

  • MedScore allows students to transfer their booking to either an other student, a different date or a different event.
